Terms and Conditions
- Where a better rate becomes available for your booking you will receive a Hotel Credit for the difference at or before your Check-In.
- The full balance of the booking remains payable at the original booking rate and payment schedule.
- The Hotel Credit Voucher is non-refundable. This Voucher can be used as payment for services that are booked and paid through Niseko Central, including SkyExpress transfers and GoSnow lessons. This Voucher can also be used to upgrade your room type, extend your stay or towards a future booking (staying before 28 April 2023). This Voucher cannot be used for payment directly to any third-party service providers, even if those services were booked via the Niseko Central Front Desk.
- Where the Hotel Credit Voucher is used for a future booking, that booking is subject to availability and the rate, discounts, offers and terms apply per the new booking dates.
