It ain't over till it's over! With the end of the ski season rapidly approaching, visitors to Niseko received a welcome surprise this morning, waking to a snow-covered village and healthy top-up on the slopes. The snow continued through the morning and gave skiers and snowboarders their first taste of fresh tracks in two weeks.

The cold weather is expected to continue through to tomorrow and then warm up over the back half of the week. With the Center Four and Ace Pair 3 & 4 all still in operation, we recommend getting as high on the mountain as possible for the best quality snow.

The overnight top-up brings the season total to a very respectable 1068.5 cm, with a solid depth of 320 cm at the peak.
