The Niseko Central Front Desk is a fun and challenging place to work for anyone who likes communicating with people, can multi-task and work quickly, and enjoys problem solving!

2017-18 Winter Season - Guest Services Supervisor

On our busiest days up to 70 groups of guests arriving and a similar amount leaving all on the same day, it is the Guest Services Supervisor’s job to ensure that all our guests arrive, are checked in and leave without a hitch. All the while sorting any issues that arise before they become problems. Start date: 23 October 2017

2017-18 Winter Season - Tour Desk

Our Tour Desk staff use their knowledge to book the best services for guests, via email, over the phone and in person. They also check and confirm all previous bookings are booked correctly, and thus help ensure that that each guest has everything they need during their stay. Start date: 30 October 2017

2017-18 Winter Season - Guest Host

Guest hosts represent our first point of direct contact with our guests. It is up to our Guest Hosts to ensure that each guest is welcomed to resort and they are provided any help they need to make the most of their holiday. Start date: 13 November 2017

2017-18 Winter Season - Front Desk

As the company’s representative and first point of contact, provide efficient and professional customer service to Niseko Central Guests, owners and visitors. Assist our Guests with anything from booking restaurants to accepting payment for accommodation. Japanese and English speaking is a strong advantage. Start date: 13 November 2017

2017-18 Winter Season - Night Operations

Our Night Operations team both prepares for the coming day and deals with anything that occurs between midnight and 7:45am. Night Ops get the most opportunity to ride, but must stay up through the night and be on call. Start date: 13 November 2017

2017-18 Winter Season - Ski Valet

Ski Valet staff work at the Niseko Central Ski Valet situated in the same building as the Hirafu Gondola. They exchange guests' footwear for skis and snowboarding equipment that has been stored overnight. Ski Valet can be very busy but with a 2-hour break and being next to the Gondola there is plenty of ride-time too! Start date: 04 December 2017

2017-18 Winter Season - Meet and Greet

Meet and Greet staff will spend most of their time stationed at the Welcome Center which is the arrival point for any Guests arriving into Niseko-Hirafu by bus. The Meet and Greet staff will help coordinate the collection of these arrivals and ensure that all parties are passed on to Guest Hosts quickly and efficiently. Start date: 04 December 2017

2017-18 Winter Season - Room Inspector

Each of our properties has a private owner. It is the Room Inspector's job to check for any damage to the room after a guest leaves it. Start date: 04 December 2017
