On our busiest days up to 70 groups of guests arrive and a similar amount leave all on the same day, it is the Guest Services Supervisor’s job to ensure that all our guests arrive, are checked in and leave without a hitch. All the while sorting any issues that arise before they become problems. Start date: October 2018
Guest hosts represent our first point of direct contact with our guests. It is up to our Guest Hosts to ensure that each guest is welcomed to the resort and they are provided any help they need to make the most of their holiday. Start date: November 2018
Ski Valet staff work at the Niseko Central Ski Valet situated in the same building as the Hirafu Gondola. They exchange guests' footwear for skis and snowboarding equipment that has been stored overnight. Ski Valet can be very busy but with a 2-hour break and being next to the Gondola there is plenty of ride-time too! Start date: December 2018
