Job Description
- Cleaning Guest rooms, onsen, and public areas.
- Bedmaking for in-house Guests and new arrivals.
- Replenishing Guest amenities in rooms and public areas.
- Notifying supervisor of any issues in the accommodation.
- Reporting maintenance issues.
- Receiving supply deliveries.
- Assisting Guests when necessary.
- Other general tasks in the accommodation.
Qualifications
- Passionate about hospitality service.
- Previous housekeeper experience is a plus.
- Professional attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Intermediate Japanese or Taiwanese language skills.
- Team player.
Job Particulars
Pay Rate
- ¥1,900 - ¥2,100 per hour.
- 25% overtime allowance for hours worked above prescribed working hours for the month.
- 25% late night allowance for work between 10pm and 5am.
Employment Period
- 18 Nov 2024 - 17 Mar 2025.
- Paid training at the start of the season.
Hours
- Generally 5 days per week, around 40 hours per week.
- Hours will vary through the season depending on business levels with less hours at the start and end of the season and occasional overtime during peak periods.
