HTM is one of the largest property manager and employers in Niseko, managing over 1,500 pillows in over 750 bedrooms; 350 units throughout more than 40 buildings. In addition to its hotel brands Skye Niseko, Ki Niseko, and Niseko Central, HTM manages GoSnow ski school, SkyExpress transport services, wellness facilities Ryko Spa and Ki Spa, YamaSport premium rentals, and F&B restaurants An Dining and Kumo Restaurant.

Niseko Central manages 160 self-catering units in several dozen buildings ranging from stand-alone houses to condominium apartments all located in the heart of the action in the Niseko-Hirafu area.

Front Desk
The Front Desk staff is the face of the brand and supports our Guests leading up to and during their stay with Niseko Central.

Tour Desk
The Tour Desk team are experts in all that the resort has to offer ranging from airport transport, lessons, rentals, to other activities and will use their knowledge to ensure Guests make the most of their stay with us.

Guest Host
The Guest Host always in the action, picking up Guests and dropping them off upon arrival/departure and ensuring that all the Guests staying in our properties located across the village are looked after.

Night Operations
The Night Ops staff is in charge of making sure everything is looked after while our Front Desk is closed overnight. Working overnight means that you will have the chance to get first tracks every day of the week.
