Go Jess!

Congratulations from all of us at Niseko Central to Niseko local Jess Ripper. He took 1st place in his age group at the recent Ironman 70.3 Japan on a brutally hot day.

Jess, who works for local company Niseko Real Estate, is something of a legend around these parts and this effort only confirmed that status!

In his own words: "Survived Ironman 70.3 Japan on a hot day. Hung on to grab 1st in age group after a sub-par swim and ultra crowded/dangerous bike. Stoked to put together the run I've been waiting for, especially in the 34c heat."

Particular respect must also go to Jess's wife, the real hero of the day, who dragged the kids around the course all day long - Ironwoman effort!

Jess rode hard & fast on the CEEPO Triathlon Bikes Katana, and stayed cool in the Zoot Sports Japan ‪#‎nisekomultisport‬ kit with cooling technology!
