Sanctuary Niseko will host internationally acclaimed yoga teacher Cat Alip-Douglas in Niseko from March 1–3. A series of workshops and classes will focus on the exploration of Jivamukti Yoga, a method which reintegrates the physical, philosophical and spiritual aspects of Yoga.
Participants will have the option to attend one or all of the workshops, which will cover standing/balancing, forward bending and back bending & inversions.
