SINGAPORE - Holiday makers will be able to fly to Hokkaido in Japan this winter on a Singapore Airlines flight, after SIA announced on Monday that it will operate seasonal services to Sapporo during December and next January, to cope with the high volume of travel demand in winter.

SIA, which does not usually operate flights for this route, will run a total of 14 twice-weekly return flights to Hokkaido on its Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

Flights from Singapore to Sapporo, capital city of Hokkaido Prefecture, will depart at 11.30pm and arrive at 8am local time the following day. Flights from Sapporo bound for Singapore will leave at 9.30am local time and land at 8.55am in Singapore.

Tickets are available on the Singapore Airlines websites and other distribution channels.

For Niseko Central' guests, we can help to arrange accommodation in Sapporo Airport for the final night of your stay.
