Hirafu Matsuri
Hirafu Matsuri is one of the summer's biggest events in the area. From morning to late evening Niseko enjoy live performances, music and drinks. Visitors can expect fun games and activities such as mochi making, newspaper sword fight, pumptracks and more!

Jaga Matsuri
Watch over 1,000 people parade through Kutchan Town during Jaga Matsuri (Potato Festival). The festival features a variety of live performances and activities, many of which tie into the festival's potato theme. Some of these include potato mochi making and even a race to see who can fit the most potatoes in a bag.

Niseko Fireworks Festival
With over 1,500 dazzling fireworks to be displayed, this is an unmissable event! This festival features plenty of live performances, crafts for children and a great selection of traditional festival eats from the stalls around too.

Sapporo Beer Festival
Sapporo Beer Festival attracts millions of visitors from overseas every year. Beer gardens and stalls are set up throughout the month and stretch almost 1 km across Odori park. Taste the famous Sapporo beer fresh from the tap, local craft beer and the finest around the country.

Lake Toya Festa
Celebrate summer by enjoying local performances, traditional shrine celebrations and a wide selection of food stalls in the annual Lake Toya Festa. In the evening, watch 108 consecutive shots of fireworks illuminate the night sky over Lake Toya.
