When Niseko gets a weather forecast for not a day without snow, you know winter is here. All the signs point to snow on Niseko's 7 day forecast which means we're gearing up for an exciting 2016/17 winter season.
Today's expected snowfall is 8.2cm, a solid 14cm tomorrow and 13cm forecast to fall on Friday this week. Temperatures are also going to feel a lot like winter with a low of -7 degrees Celcius tomorrow and -10 on Thursday.

The snow will be arriving in time for the scheduled opening of the Grand Hirafu lifts at Mt Annupuri on November 23rd. Snow-lovers arriving into Niseko for the early season will be able to take full advantage of the new snowfall on its way this week.
