Resort Liner
Resort Liner offers bus services between major hotels in Sapporo/New Chitose Airport and Niseko. Infants under 3 years old travel free of charge.
Niseko Central provides arrival pick-up and departure drop-off at the Hirafu Welcome Center. To arrange this service, please provide your bus details, including the bus number, arrival/departure time, and total number of Guests.
Arrivals
- For domestic flights, please allow a minimum of 50 minutes prior to the bus departure time after the scheduled landing time to collect your luggage, pass through immigration, and locate the reception desk.
- For international flights, please allow a minimum of 90 minutes prior to the bus departure time after the scheduled landing time to complete immigration procedures, retrieve your luggage, and reach the reception desk.
Departures
- For domestic departure, please arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- For international departures, please arrive at the airport at least 120 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

- All journey require a reservation. The bus will not stop at places where there are no reservation.
- Cancellation fees: within 3 days of travel date - 30% of total booking value, 1 day before travel date - 40% of booking value, on the day - 100% cancellation of total booking value.
- Bookings made within 9 days to travel is subject to last minute reservation terms and availability.
- Payment for any Guest Service is due 7 days prior to Check-In. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any service we have not received payment for by this due date.
- Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Niseko Central via email.
- Bookings are subject to the Niseko Central terms and conditions.
