Babysitting Service
In-accommodation babysitting is great for kids who wants a break from skiing or when parents want to head out to explore the Niseko-Hirafu resort nightlife.
Niseko Kids Club also have infant/toddler specialist staff to look after children age 0-3 years. All babysitters are CPR/first aid certified, insured, and have a minimum of 2 years professional experience.
The babysitter will come prepared with activities to keep your child entertained or take them outside to play in the snow when the weather permits.

*Minimum of 3 consecutive hours booking required. Late fees and extensions are charged in increments of 30 minutes.
Please note the following:
- Available year-round, for children newborn to 15 years old.
- Babysitter-to-Child Ratio: Maximum 4 children to 1 babysitter (varies by age and needs).
- Under age of 2 years old: Maximum 2 young children per babysitter.
- Babysitters aim to bring age-appropriate activities: arts & crafts, games, toys, and books.
- Parents should prepare essentials like food, snacks, bottles, nappies, and clothes as these are not included.
- All Niseko Kids' Club caregivers are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, CPR and First Aid certified, insured, and highly experienced.
Day Care
Niseko Kids Club is an International Day Care centre located in Hanazono 308 with multilingual speaking staff and qualified Early Childhood Educators with up-to-date first aid & CPR certifications dedicated to delivering exceptional childcare services and convenience for families visiting Niseko.
A healthy lunch is included for full day and morning childcare, as well as a healthy mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack.

Please note the following:
- Daycare operates from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm during the winter season.
- Suitable for children 12 months to 4 years old, with a focus on snow, nature, and cultural experiences.
- Limited to 10 to 12 children per day, depending on age, ratio, and developmental needs.
- Lunch is provided for children enrolled in Full Day and Morning sessions. For children with severe dietary restrictions that cannot be accommodated, parents are kindly requested to provide their child’s lunch.
- Additional time (late pick-up or extensions) is charged at ¥1,200 per 15 minutes.
- Parents/guardians should ensure children arrive prepared with proper winter clothing and essentials such as a change of clothes, diapers/wipes, labeled bags, medication (with clear instructions in original packaging), comfort items, and any other required belongings.
- Transportation to Hanazono 308 is not included in the booking.

4:1 for children age 1-2 years old
8:1 for children age 3-6 years old
Getting to Hanazono 308
During the winter season, Niseko Kids Club customers can enjoy the convenience of the Hanazono Shuttle, operating daily. The shuttle services the entire Upper Hirafu village and surrounding areas, with buses running every 20 minutes. This free service provides direct transportation from Niseko-Hirafu area to Hanazono, making it easy to get to the day care centre at Hanazono 308. Most accommodations in the Upper Hirafu Village are within easy walking distance of the bus stops.

- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the service receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 14 days to 72 hours before the service incur a 20% fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service start time incur a 100% fee.
- In case of illness or injury, a 100% refund is available if:
- Niseko Kids Club is notified before the service start time.
- A valid medical certificate from a local hospital, issued by a local practitioner, is provided within 24 hours of the service date.
- Refunds only apply to the child named on the certificate.
- Changes that reduce the overall booking value (e.g., fewer children, hours, or days) are treated as cancellations and follow the above policy.
- Start time or date modifications for babysitters’ in-accommodation service:
- Free of charge if made 48 hours or more before the start time.
- Charged from the original start time if made 24 hours or less before the start time.
- Bookings are only accepted from Niseko Central guests.
- Payment for any Guest Service is due 7 days prior to Check-In. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any service we have not received payment for by this due date.
- Bookings are subject to the Niseko Central terms and conditions.
