The Barn serves some of the best ingredients that Niseko and the wider area of Hokkaido has to offer. The signature dishes such as Sushi Foie Gras and Flame Grilled Wagyu Sushi can be enjoyed in Hokkaido’s warmest authentic bistro atmosphere. They also serve Hokkaido Mussels Steamed in Niseko Sake, Steak from Tokachi, Central Hokkaido and wine from the owners’ vineyards in Burgundy, France.
