The 2016 Festival of Japan will give visitors the opportunity to sample some of the curious, tasty cuisine on offer at Japan’s year-round matsuri.
We love the stormy, snowy Niseko winter – after all, it provides us with some of the best powder skiing on the planet. But there are some things about the Niseko springtime that really can’t be beaten, and Tuesday’s blue, sunny skies and warm weather served us a nice preview of what lies ahead.
Niseko received 12 cm of fresh snow overnight, which has continued to fall throughout the day.
Niseko has once again dominated proceedings at the World SKi Awards, claiming wins in all the Japan category awards.
